Available from January to June, not available July to December when our small maker is busy producing out winter collections. 

Repair and refresh offers a full service of your knit. If a moth hole, tear or other damage has occurred then our expert makers will gently darn and repair your jumper. Then onto the refresh service where the jumper is carefully de-bobbled before being professionally washed, steamed and pressed. Bringing it back to life like new.


If your knit has multiple moth holes or has more extensive areas of damage we recommend using our bespoke service to get a personalised quote for repair.

Delivery & Returns

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an email from us with a shipping label and any further information. Your jumper will then be returned to you upon completion of the service. The length of time it takes depends on the service, but we will aim to have your jumper back to you within 4 weeks.

- All garments are measured in CM whilst lying flat. To get the full circumference, please double the chest and hem measurement.
- Please take these measurements as a guide. As our knitwear is all made from natural materials, there will always be a tolerance when measuring a garment.
- Please expect variation of around 1-1.5cm for any body or sleeve length measurements, and 2-2.5cm for chest, shoulder or hem width measurements.
- Colour can play a big part in this tolerance as colour can affect the yarns behaviour.
