Delivery & Returns
All orders placed before 1.00pm GMT will be shipped out the same day. Any orders received after this time will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed after 1.00pm GMT on a Friday, or over the weekend, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.
Last orders to arrive prior to Christmas must be received before 12pm on Thursday 20th of December. Any orders received after this until January 2nd, we cannot guarantee delivery until January 3rd. We will be processing and dispatching orders on the 27th & 28th December, but due to the busy festive period deliveries may take longer than usual.

For customers outside the EU the website will automatically display prices without UK sales tax. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.
If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days.
We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price, less shipping, once we receive your return package.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for an RMA code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without this code. In your email, please specify your order number and reason for return or exchange. If there are any discrepancies in your order, please email us at email@example.com.
If you are seeking an exchange please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know your request so we can hold the stock for you. If we are out of stock in that style you can always exchange for another style. Exchange items will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to obtain proof of postage and send via a tracked method.
Christmas Returns Policy
Our usual 14 day returns policy applies during the festive period, however all items will be eligible for an exchange or credit note for an extended period up to Friday 11th January.
