Christmas Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

For delivery before Christmas, here are our order cut-off dates. We recommend though, where possible that orders are placed in advance of these to absolutely guarantee delivery!

UK: Monday 22nd December by 1pm GMT

Europe: Wednesday 17th December by 1pm GMT

USA & International: Wednesday 17th December by 1pm GMT

Orders placed between Thursday 25th & Sunday 28th will be dispatched from Monday 29th December.

Orders placed after 1pm on Wednesday 31st December to Thursday 1st Jan, will be dispatched from Friday 2nd January.

Please be aware this is an extremely busy time of the year, so it may take slightly longer than usual for your item to be delivered. Any queries on orders placed within this time will be answered from Monday 5th January.

Returns:

In addition to our standard 14-day returns policy, we offer an extended Christmas returns policy to make gift purchasing even easier. Orders placed from Friday, November 14th, 2025 will be eligible for a refund if they've been registered in our UK Returns Portal or International Returns Portal before midnight (GMT) Monday, January 5th, 2025. You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your return request and further instructions will be sent on our return to the studio on Monday, January 5th.
