JOB DESCRIPTION: BRAND & STUDIO COORDINATOR

ABOUT THE COMPANY

&Daughter is a London-based, independent luxury brand that specialises in premium knitwear. Founded in 2013, &Daughter is committed to sustainable business principles and responsible production, working with a community-minded approach partnering with a small, local network of artisanal yarns and makers in the UK and Ireland to create beautifully made products. The brand's collection includes womenswear, menswear and lifestyle knitwear, which are sold from our online store and in select independent stores globally. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This is the organisational centre of the studio — a wide-ranging, hands-on role that touches every part of the business. We're looking for someone early in their career but with real energy and meticulousness — someone who takes genuine pride in keeping things running and thrives in a fast-moving, independent team. This is a full-time role, based at our studio in Temple, London. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Studio & operations: keep the studio running and organised — managing deliveries, sample organisation, and supporting on component sends to manufacturers.
  • Office & facilities: first point of contact for deliveries and day-to-day upkeep.
  • Admin & coordination: calendars, meeting notes and agendas, travel; databases, shared folders and asset organisation; invoice recording and budget tracking.
  • Marketing & production support: social posting and reporting; shoot production and post-production; design support as needed.
  • Samples, press & gifting: sample tracking and care; press coverage tracking and reports; gifting log.
  • Champion the studio's culture and ways of working.
