This is a new Brand & Marketing role that presents an exciting opportunity to help execute our brand strategy and create assets for our dynamic & premium brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in brand marketing, with a focus on content creation, affiliates and social media execution. A passion for fashion and culture is essential. The successful applicant has the opportunity to be part of the crucial growth journey of an exciting brand within a small team. This is a full-time role, based at our studio in Bermondsey, London. 


  • Support the Creative Director & Art Director on brand and e-commerce photoshoots. 
  • Work with the Creative Director & Art Director to create and manage seasonal brand assets such as lookbooks, imagery, press releases, and brand book. 
  • Manage archive assets.
  • Organise and welcome press and partners for ad-hoc events at the studio. 
  • Work alongside key company stakeholders to develop and drive the &Daughter affiliate programme, as well as manage ongoing brand partnerships, and seasonal talent & gifting initiatives.
  • Keep up to date with the strategic calendar, including product launches, events, communications. 
  • Complete monthly reports that include clippings and analysis of recent press coverage.
  • Manage daily social media and email marketing activities. 
  • Monitor and report on social media & newsletter conversion and analytics.
  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service throughout the order journey, including answering customer emails, fostering strong relationships and sending samples.
  • A willingness to get involved in other aspects of the business as needed is essential.


  • Demonstrable experience in the fashion industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in the following software programs – Excel, Keynote, Photoshop, Google Drive, Dropbox, Klaviyo, and Figma.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve set goals.
  • Good sense of initiative and curiosity.
  • Strong interest in design, luxury fashion, social media and sustainable business.
  • Experience with e-commerce DTC retail is preferred but not essential.
